Sharon Dunemann has been a Recovery is Happening Board Member since May of 2019. A retired Mayo Clinic administrator with profession expertise in leadership and Human Resources, Sharon chairs the RIH Human Resource Subcommittee. Sharon believes the holistic approach offered by Recovery is Happening, including long term treatment, active peer support, housing and acceptance are the keys to a sustained and joyful recovery. Her passion for this work comes from her own family’s experiences with addiction and mental illness.
